Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
I read your urine test and your concern. I will explain in simple words what does it mean.
Normally, our urine doesn't have any pus cell. Pus is produced in the body as the immune system tries to fight against the infection and it makes the urine appear cloudy, frothy or as brown discharge, depending from the amount of pus in your urine. It means that in you have an
urinary tract infection. But don't worry,it can be treated without difficulties.
An urinary tract infection might have one or some of these symptoms,so in case you have one/or more of these, don't be afraid. It depends from the response of your immune system and the type and number of bacteria in your UT.
-urge to urinate
-Blood in the urine (clotted or not)
-discomfort or pain if your lower abdomen, or in your back.
-
Low-grade fever.
In my practice, we give antibiotics for this urine test. A Fluoroquinolone (like
ciprofloxacin) will remove your infection easily.
I suggest you go to your family doctor to prescribe the antibiotic and everything will be fine.
Feel free to contact me any time.
Wishing you good health.
