hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!
from your symptoms it is evident you are suffering from stress incontinence as a result of the surgery consult your gynaecologist immediately and bring it to her/his notice. you will be taught a few pelvic floor strengthening exercises and if it is still persistent a repair might be needed.
its mixed( both stress and urge) incontinence. may be due to your previous surgery. consult your gynecologist about it. you may need further strngthening exercises or surgery. take care.
hi mam..thank you for your query.. from your history and symptoms its clear that you are suffering from mixed incontinence which is a combination of stress incontinence and urge incontinence.. you must have to get consulted to a gynaecologist and get some tests done like stress test, urinalysis, urodynamics, usg of pelvic organs.. dont worry it s a treatable condition.. i hope this wil be helpful to you.. wish u a speedy recovery
