Clearz ultra has chemical compounds which helps to prevent formation of new pigment .It is usually not a first line treatment for any pigmentation ,rather given just to maintain a patient to prevent any recurrences.
I guess by sunburn spots you mean melasma,in which we prefer other strong creams.
