Used Perimethen For Scabies. Still Have Feeling Of Infection. Normal?

I caught scabies from my grandchild who got it in school. I used the perimethen cream 5%, left it on for 8 hrs, showered it off then applied again and then showered off in about 10 hrs. That was on Wed & Thurs last week. Today on Sunday, I almost feel like I have it back. Does it still feel like you have it after you treated it. I didn t feel this until today, kinda of a sting, like when I got it earlier. I m worried I may have it back. I washed all my clothes and bedding in hot water and dried them in hot dryer and vac whole house and my mattress and couches. Is it normal to feel this?

Yes.permithrin should be applied weekly once not o n two consecutive days.first application decreases itching by 60-70 percent.if u apply consective days it may be increase to 80 percent.but if u apply weekly once it may increase to 95 percent.u should use antihistamine atarax 25 mg for 15 days.and apply moisteriser all over body in between permithrin application
