Using Kevon Lotion And Ketoconazole For Hair Fall And Split-ends, But Have No Improvement. How To Treat This?
I am having lot of hairfall since 6 months.I also have damaged hair growth i.e split ended hair.And dark circles even though I drink enough water and no heridity or health problems.The doctor who I consulted prescribed me with Kevon stay on lotion and AP-K (Ketoconazole/Zinc Pyrithone) - 2% / 1% to use on alternate days.I have also been prescribed Zincovit tablets.I see no improvement.What do you suggest doctor?

I would come up with these possibilities and measures for this type of hairs fall, these includes.
1 Tension and anxiety are the two disorders causes hairs fall.
2 Fungus disease is the 2nd most important cause .Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a dermatologist.
You can use local anti fungus cream with oral tablets.
3 Dermatitis is one of most important cause of hairs fall , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination.
4 Deficiency of calcium pantothenate , zinc sulphate , biotin ,one more such reason.
In my opinion use minoxidil +tretinoin +azelainacid locally .
