Using Clingen Forte. Yellow Coating Came Out. Usage?

Hi! Dr. Asked me to use clingen forte for 3 days. She said that it should b dipped in water and then inserted. I did the same yesterday night but got confused about how much inside i should insert it ? And also today morning after the use i found white powdery on my underware. Also the yellow surface of the capsule came out of my vagina. M worried, did i used it properly??

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
You may be suffering from fungal infection. the Clingen Forte is a pessary and you should insert into vagina. If it has come out use another one. Ask your doctor for insertion once so you can follow the same. Have proper sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for your wellbeing.
