Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

As per your query you started using lomela from yesterday and want to know to correctly apply the cream.

Lomela cream is a skin lightening agent. It contains Hydroquinone, steroid or Retinoic acid in it. It is one of the triple combinations that is widely used by dermatologists all over. It is a good and effective agent if used under medical supervision. It is used by dermatologists for various hyperpigmented skin conditions.
If you have not been prescribed by the dermatologist then I would recommend you not to use it without prior assessment and recommendation by a skin specialist. One of the known problems with such medications is that it can cause hyperpigmentation, hair growth and thinning of the skin if not used properly.
Regarding applying the cream it is to be used at night, in a very less amount that you can ask your dermatologist. Do not massage the cream at all other wise can cause burning on the skin. You can apply a sunscreen at day time along with it.

Hope to have provided the helpful informations regarding your problem.
With good skin wishes"

Hi, thanks for posting your query.

I hope that you have started using lomela after doctor's prescription. It is used for hyper pigmentation. It contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and moderate steroid momatosone. It is associated with side effects so it should be used under dermatological guidance.
It should be used in minimal quantity on face over the required areas of hyper pigmentation at night.
Wash your face and hands with mild cleanser. Rub a small quantity on face. Don't massage it. It should not be used for more than 2 months.

It is a must to use a sunscreen while using it because both hydroquinone and tretinoin cause increased sun sensitivity. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible.

Avoid using any other creams on face.

Hope this solves your query.
