Using Propegenta Cream For Getting Fair Skin. Any Side Effects?

im using propegenta cream from since 2 weeks but i dont have any skin problem one of my friend
suggested me to go for propegenta my skin colour is black, so he told me that your face colour will
change into white so Is there any Harmfull to my skin or any side effect if i keep on continues
please suggest me any cream Doctor without any side effect .......

Propegenta cream contains gentamycin and steroid.
It will create hypo pigmentation on the applying area but it is only for time being not for permanent so it not advisable, it is not ideal treatment to look white.
There is no any local skin treatment to change the skin color.
You can apply skin cream containing hydroquinone,tretenoin,mometasone for hyper pigmentation.
Start any treatment under guidance of your dermatologist.

If your skin color is naturally black then it is physiological built up that can not be changed in any or with any thing it is purely gene related phenomenon, never try any thing for to change of your skin color, that will not help you instead may induce some serious problem, take care of yourself and have good life ahead.
