Usually Normal Periods, But Periods Twice In This Month. What Should Be Done?

I am Sanjukta,31 year old.Married,mother of 5 year old child.Usually my mensturation cycle is normal(30- 31 days).5th oct 2013 I had my normal period of 4 days.Then suddenly 19th Oct 2013 evening,I started to bleeding.Initially it was faint...bt later it started to bleed heavily(like normal period).I am worried what to do.

Thanks for posting your query.
Sometimes due to hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety you can have irregular period.
Wait till next cycle if again you are having irregular period consult your gynaecologist & get ultrasound scan done to rule out any uterine pathology.
