Usually Regular Periods, Spotting On This Month. Pregnant?
I have normal period, 28 cycle length & five days but my last period started September 30th and i was spotting for the first two days or so and it was like a regular period and thenn it was brown blood, i came on again September 25th the first three days were normal but then yesterday i noticed light spotting and today it seemed like i was fully off my period but when i wiped from using the restroom there was little blood, could i be pregnant?
Hi, Thanks for the query. Just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion. If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy. Decreased menstrual flow during periods is called hypomenorrhea. This can occur due to many causes like hormonal imbalance, anemia, thyroid abnormalities etc. For more details : http://srsree.blogspot.com/2013/11/hypomenorrhea-part-1.html If you have doubt regarding pregnancy, once go for blood test for pregnancy. Blood test will give more accurate result compared with urine test. If the test comes negative, the possibility of pregnancy is less. If the spotting repeats, consult gynecologist once and get evaluated. Take care.
