Uterine Polyp Removed. Bleeding After Intercourse. Normal Pap Smear Report. Need To Be Worried?
I had a uterine polyp removed in February because I was having breakthrough bleeding between periods . I have had no problems up until about a week or so ago when I started noticing bleeding after intercourse....the bleeding is not heavy but its there and will usually stop after I go to the bathroom and wipe...I had a pap smear in January and it was normal....what could be going on?
Hi, i do think the bleeding after intercourse after 2 months after the polyp removed could be normal. But still advisable for you to do a ultrasonography abdomen to visualize your uterus to rule out any other new polyp. Other than this you have to check your hemoglobin level for iron correction. wish you a good health. thank you
