Uterus Pain, Bleeding, Cramping. Am Pregnant. Is There Any Hope?

I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant from ivf . My beta hcg was 433 @ 16 dpo and 5616 at 22 dpo so we thought all was going well. Yesterday (5 weeks 3 days) I had some sharp pains in my uterus for about an hr followed by bright red bleeding . Today the bleeding has turned brown and is only when I go to the toilet. In total the blood was prob not enough to completely soak a pad. I am having mild af cramping on and off now. I there any hope?

hi,
some amount of spotting can be seen in early pregnancy because of causes like,
- gestational sac while getting embedded in uterus wall can damage some blood vessels leading to spotting,
some women may have bleeding on expected day of periods even in pregnancy,
increased blood supply to local organs can cause spotting even on mild friction.
but as you are having symptoms like pain abdomen better to consult your doctor early to prevent the possibility of miscarriage.
take care.
