Vaginal Bleeding After Rough Sex, Minor Abdominal Pain. Undergone Hysterectomy. How Long Will It Continue?

After having rough sex I had some vaginal bleeding. It stopped for the most part but there is still a little blood, more pink, 10 hours later. I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago. Also have some minor abdominal pain. The abdominal pain is minimal. No other discharge. It has been about 12 hours since the intercourse. I don't think it is anything serious but have never had that happen before. How long should I wait, what other symptoms should I look for, how will I know when it is something that won't take care of itself or that I can't take care of?

Hi,
It seems that you might get some injury in the vagina during sex leading to bleeding.
If injury is minor or some bruises are there, bleeding will stop gradually.
If bleeding does not stop then consult Gynaec and get examined for having more cut in vaginal canal or in surrounding parts.
Some minor procedure may require to control bleeding points like cautery or stitch.
May require some antibiotic to control infection if infection is there.
