Hi Welcome to healthcaremagic.com,

Foul smelling vaginal discharge is clearly a vaginal infection. Possibilities, Trichomoniasis, candida, vaginosis/ Also rule out other infections.

you needs pelvic examinations. Get the vaginal sample examined and cervical sample sent for examinations.

First step is Gynec consultation.

HI
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
Offenive vaginal discharge is a sigh nof infection. Please visit gynaecologist and get yourself examined, and then treated for the same.
Meanwhile keep the area clean, dry, wear only cotton panties, and drink plenty of water, also wash yourself before backwards after urination and every bowel movement.

If the problem is recurrent, , you can try homeopathy for the same.
Takecare.
