Vegan Having Diverticulosis. How Is It Possible? Pain In The Lower Stomach. Inflammation In The Colon

I m a vegan how did I get diverticulosis was I diganose wrong I started having severe cramps in my lower stomach and having a lot of bowel movement then I started having teary bloody bowel movements then it was just blood coming out I went to the hospital and they did blood work and a ct scan and said I had inflamation in my colon and say I had diverticulosis could this been diganose wrong?

I do not think that being vegetation gives someone immunity to diverticulosis.

Non vegetarians are at increased risk of developing the disease with inflammation but it can occur in vegetarians as well.
