Vein Swollen. In Pain, Headaches, Kidney Stones. Advise

Hi! I am 47 years old male. Since yesterday, i am having a swelling of vein on the left side of forehead . There is no severe pain but a mild headache is there. I am that way healthy with no diabetes or BP problems. I have had kidney stone problems , subsequently removed by Lithotripsy , twice in last four years. Please advice.
