I stand 6 ft 4 inches tall, however i look very lean with 60-65 kgs
i am seriously intrested in gaining weight within a 3-4 months with good muscle and fat
i started going to gym from past a week
can you please suggest me the quickest way to gain weight
are there any muscle gain powder or capsules which can help me in putting on in next 3-4 months?
as per my height, may I know what weight should I keep or maintain?

Hi, it appears that you have some problem with the absorption of nutrients. The foods which can help gain weight are the fats, so the food rich in fats is to be taken, oily foods, and fries. Mutton, chicken, and sea fish are preferable.For your height 7o kg will be suffecient. For muscle strength and general health take green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods.
