Problem is I am having weight loss and severe tail bone pain , tiredness. Please let me know if you have any idea. I had TB when I was 14 years old.
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
As such there is no correlation between TB and development of diabetes.
You should go for CT scan abdomen to see status of pancreas as you have history of recently developed diabetes and weight loss.
You should also go for x ray lumbo-sacral spine to see vertebrae.
If these scans are normal then you should go for treatment for diabetes and deficiency of vit B12 and D safely.
You should consult with physician and endocrinologist.
Thanks,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
