Vomiting, Diarrhea, Shortness Of Breath. No Bowel Movements. What To Do?
Hello, Last thursday I felt sick, vomited and diariaha at the same time..slept the whole next day..gurggling tummy couldnt eat..next day fine till night.Diariaha again.felt sick.slept well but tummy gurggles. Now shortness of breath and cant eat. Feel confused when i have shortness of breath. Last two days no bowel movements. Not sure what to do? Out of work,so cant see a doctor.

You didn't specified the diet you had following which u been suffering wit these symptoms.anyways the problem you are encountering may be due to food poison which creates these sort of symptom.need not worry about shortness of breath. All points towards your degree of dehydration.my sincere advise would be go and get consulted to a physician. Depending upon the severity you wil be prescribed oral rehydration or IV Fluids.sometimes you may be asked to take a stool sample to get checked,just to add antibiotics/antihelminths if needed. concentrate on your body first so tat you can work well.
