WHat Could Be Causing Dizziness, Nausea And Headaches?
ive been having a headache and pressure at the top of my nose near the start of my eyebrows for about a week now, it moves to the top of my forehead and top of my head on a night time. It makes me feel dizzy and nauseous too what could be causing this?

I think that your symptoms are related to sinusitis.
This especially if you feel some muffed noses too.
This possibility can be easily assessed with an x-ray of the sinuses.
