I have a 20 month old grandson who was born with a thick head of black hair and it has since fallen out and become blonde and fairly fine. Around 18 months it began to thin and now at 20 months old he has lost so much hair that he looks like a chemo patient. Parents are worrying and tonight cut his hair in the hopes that he will regrow hair thicker. Also, he has had a patchy rough, and itchy spot at the base of his neck for awile. Help. We want to suggest help for the parents.
