Want Interpretation Of Abnormal ECG. Shows Atrial Fibrillation With Rapid Mean Ventricular Response
i would like an interpatation of the following abnormal ecg atrial fibrillation with rapid mean ventricular response minor high-lateral and lateral repolarization disturbanse, consider ischemia , lv overload or aspecific change small negative t in v6 with flat or low negative t in 1 avl v4 v5 YYYY@YYYY steve cornell
The changes suggestive if ischemia may be from the fast rate alone
Also fast rate may precipitate silent ischemia
You will need other ways to assess the ischemia - simple ECG is not enough
And ECG must be interpreted in relation to the clinical situation - part of a whole picture.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
