Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As your doctor says it is right, you should wait for at least 6 weeks more. It appears that there is already infection, and if you have sex now it will be increased, and become difficult to cure. The increased libido may be due to the change of harmons,or irritation of the clitoris after the delivery, you must bear it.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods, to support the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
