Want To Increase Height. What Is Your Suggestion About Height Growth Supplements And Injections?
Hi, I'm a 16yr old girl i'm about 5'3 or 5'4 , I weigh 100lbs. I want to grow at least 2-4 inches in height. I have exercised regularly for more than 30mins for the past 2 years and have kept a healthy diet. I don't have a tainted medical history but I haven't seen exponential growth as where people who do take height enhancers or hgh . I'd like to know your position regarding B-TALL Height growth course, HeightGrowth Plus, and other supplements that promote height. Furthermore, what specific vitamins or injections could I take to help me increase my height.
Height of an individual is determined by Genetics, Environmental & Nutritional factors and Hormonal factors (most important the Growth Hormone secreted by pituitary gland in brain)
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the Epiphyses (growth plates) of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 15-18 yrs in females.
So...as you belong to the above mentioned age group, you may still have a chance of increasing your height.
Make sure that you are taking a healthy & balanced diet, exercise regularly & avoid stress.
Protein rich diet like soya, groundnut, pulses, etc should be incorporated in your diet plan.
One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to boost your growth hormone & increase height...it may be harmful.
