Want To Increase Height And Do Workout For Bicep, Triceps And Chest. Will This Hinder Growth?

Hello doctor, how are you?
I am fine, hope you're too.
I am a 19 year old guy with height 5'8. This is not a bad height but I want to grow even more but I also wanna do workouts for biceps, triceps and chest. Do these workouts prevent the growth of my height? I am really confused of mixed responses over the internet. Hoping a solution...thanks...

Hi,
Having height of 5' 8" is good height.
You can increase your up to 20 years of age, afterwards it is not possible.
I do not think work out for biceps, triceps and chest can cause any problem for increasing height.
Only thing that all these heavy exercises need need more calories so you should see that there should not be having negative calorie balance which can effect on your height.
so take high protein diet to have positive calorie balance.
Along with all these exercises go for running, jumping, cycling, swimming.
All these exercises help increasing height.
