Want To Increase Weight. Should I Take Endura Mass?

hello doctor, I am 21 Year Old Male, Height: 5 5 , With Weight Around 54Kg, But Still I look Very Thin, I Want To Gain Some Weight, To Get a Good Look & Physique. i go to gym since 1year regulary. and gain 6kg weight . but since 4-5 months my weight stop increasing. and my trainer ask mee to take weight gainer . and i don t want to take that type of gainer which cause effect on liver , kidney e.t.c. now some one suggest mee to take endura mass. which has no side effects according to that person. so plz suggest me should i take endurra mass. (i go to gym every day)

Hello dear,

Most of the weight gain supplements including Endura mass are prepared from herbal ingredients & do not have any side effects if taken in the optimum dose.
But, before choosing any such health supplement, it is advisable to consult your family physician once.

Moreover, you should not compromise on routine healthy food such as:
1. Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, milk, eggs, wheat, etc.
2. Avoid oily and junk food.
3. Stay away from smoking & alcohol.

Despite these measures, if you experience difficulty, it will be better to rule other causes of underweight.
Investigations like complete blood count, thyroid profile, estimation of blood sugar level will be helpful to rule out any chronic infection, hormonal and metabolic causes.
