Want To Postpone Periods For A Week. How Long After Stopping Norethisterone Can Periods Be Expected? On Sertraline For Anxiety And Depression. Advice

Hi,
How long after stopping norethisterone (3 times a day for last 10 days) will my period come? It is due to start tomorrow. I suffer with anxiety and depression which i take sertraline for. I am sure these hormone tablets are making my mental health problems worse, so don't want to take them longer than i need to. I am going away at the weekend so don't want my period to start for another week. I usually have a very regular 28 day cycle.

Period usually starts in 2-4 days after stopping norethistrone tablets. Mood changes, anxiety and depression can occur with this tablet.In my opinion, to avoid your period on weekend you should take tablet till Saturday.
