I want to leave my bad habit of masturbation, but i tried many tips but i did it again. i started this from last 7 years. now i am 24 year old.My physic is thin. I feel very weak from inside and also my hands are shaking while grabbing my pen or pencil. Low grasping on things and getting angry soon. Feeling not well.
