Was Using Atpure SA When BP Used To Go High, Advised Nebistar SA. Will This Medicine Be Ok For Me ?

I was using Atpure SA earlier only at times whenever my B.P. used to go higher than the normal but recently I was advised by a doctor to use Nebistar SA whereas other medicines other than SA type could not work on me and it used to increase the BP at times to an alarming high side as high as 200/110 or so. Please advice me as I need to know what medicine should be ok for me?

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You are having High blood pressure and require drugs to keep blood pressure under control.
Please use medicine of blood pressure regularly and not on as and when required basis.
You can used medicine prescribed by your doctor and can go for periodic medical checkups.These are combination of beta blocker and calcium channel blocker.We need to titrate the dose of such medicine what is best for you.

Please use less salt up to 2.5 gms/day and regular physical exercise like walking and avoid smoking and alcohol if you take.
