Watery Eyes After Sleep, White Pus With Pink Eyes. Help?
My eyes are really watery when i sleep and i wake up with a lot of crusties. My eyes are not red and i don t have any white puss that usually accompanies pink eye (at least when i have it). I thought maybe allergies? But a close friend is complaining about eye itchiness now and i m afraid i gave something to him... could it be pink eye. Its been like two weeks.

Your symptoms likes watering and crusities when you wake up look like conjunctivitis. Not all varities of conjunctivitis will have discharge. In viral conjunctivitis which is a very common conjunctivitis discharge is not seen unless secondarily infected by bacteria. Since viral conjunctivitis is self limiting condition, treatment is mainly by decongestant eye drops, lubricating eye drops and antibiotic eye drops to prevent secondarily bacterial infection.
