Watery Semen, White And Cloudy. Diet Contains More Fruits. Recommendations?

Hi doctor. For the last couple of months my semen has become quite watery. It used to be thick with a slight tint of yellow. It's now watery, white and cloudy and only a tiny bit is the thicker substance but not how it used to be.

My diet now contains much more fruit mostly apples and bananas.

I cycle for about 130 mins a week and have slimmed down a lot.

What do you recommend?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed that your semen is watery since last couple of months.

Most of the time this is normal to happen once in a while.It is normal for the appearance and texture of young men's fluid to change from time to time.

As you have no other symptoms, it's most unlikely that there's anything wrong with you.

Watery semen can be due to either frequent ejaculation with masturbation or intercourse over a short period of time.or due to excessive secretion of mucus by bulbourethral glands
located in bulbar urethra.
In rare case it could be due to less sperms in semen This can be ruled out by doing semen analysis.
