Weak Joints, Burning Eyes, Loss Of Appetite, Stiff Shoulders. Analysed As Stress By Doctor. Opinion?

Hi,my name is Rick. I've been suffering for three months with week joints, burning eyes,no motivation, allways tired, not much of an appetite but not loosing weight. My hands tremble, probly from weekness. Also the left side of my face is a bit numb but my shoulders are very stiff probly because i'm a mechanic and i work above my head all day. My doctor says it sounds like stress, would you agree or do you have another prognosis.
