Hi .. Doctor! i am 19 years old guy . i am addicted to masterbation . I use to do this almost 3 times in a week. I am doing this from last four years of my life . Now i want to quit this because my health is being down day by day . I am so weak . I want my healthy life back . so please suggest me something to improve my health and fitness
