Weakness In Back, Joint Ache On Moving, Live A Healthy Lifestyle. What Could It Be?
Hi there im 21 years old and recently these last few months i have began to feel really weak in my back and all my joints ache when i move around normaly :/ i like to think i live a healthy lifestyle eg running and pumping weights, i weigh around 13 stone and i am 5ft11 so not realy that big. Just wondering what it could be?
U should be rule out for arthritis
Investigation
COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT WITH ESR
ANTI CCP (to rule out rhuematic arthritis)
HLAB27(anky.spondilitis)
CRP
U shoul have a change in ur life style too
Do exercise like swimming
There may be multiple reasons for joint pains and weakness in in the back.
I am mentioning some which seem relavant to your problem:
-back sprain
-vit D3 deficiency
-calcium deficiency etc
I would strong recommend you to visit an orthopedic surgeon or your physician as they will get certain tests doen for you to daignose your problem. The tests required will be:
-Complete blood count
-serum calcium levels
-Vit D3 estimation
-RA factor and uric acid
Till you visit your doctor you can have multivitamin tablets and calcium tablets. You must also have green leafy vegetables, eggs, fresh fruits and lilk products.
Hope you feel better.
Regards
