Weight Gain, Painful Bowel Movements. Taken Laxatives. Help
I am so uncomfortable I have had very little bms in the last couple of weeks. in about a week or two I gained almost 10 pounds. the pain is aweful. I have taken so much laxative to try to go. if it work (which is not often, it is just a very little) I can now feel the pressure on my middle back and it is so painful. Please help. I don't really want to go the doctor route, if it is nothing because to me this is embarrassing and the only reason I can ask this is because I don't know you

You haven't mentioned age, gender ?
Constipation is one reason ?
Weight gain, that too 10 pounds within a week , not possible just due to constipation.
May be some type of abdominal distension.
May be due to fluid retention.
Consult a physician and get his opinion.
