Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

He needs physical examination and investigations by the pediatrician to look for any abnormal signs and the causes for his weight loss.

Is there any associated symptoms like vomitings or loose stools?

Is there fever?

Excessive tiredness and sweating may be due to anemia, thyroid abnormality, or due to metabolic problems like hypoglycemia.

Try to give nutritious diet and plenty of oral fluids.

Consult the doctor for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
