Weird Period Cycles, Please Help

hey,

 I'm 15 years old and i have a weird problem and i have no idea who to ask, so thats how i ended up writing this to you :) ... Alright so last year i got my period january (fair sure) and then it came in december! and this year it came back in January and i thought it will come at the end of febuary but it hasn't. im really confused because ive had my peroid 4 times over all (im pretty sure) could it be that my cycle is a year and month? i have no idea who to ask. i have a few reasons in my mind like maybe stress? im a really stressed person or maybe my weight or even being sick. Im so confused :S please help!

Hi.. Early days of periods in young girls can some times be irregular. It is related to the hormonal affects, the reduced nutrition or may be even stress.. I suggest you to improve on with the nutrition point of view... A regular and well balanced diet is very essential. It should get settled soon.. If it does not then, see a doctor...
