Hello, Your tongue is affected by Aphthous ulcers. I would advice you to maintain oral hygiene well. Floss your tongue daily using tongue scrapers. Rinse your mouth after every meals. Avoid spicy foods. Take plenty of fluids and nutritious diet. Vitamin c,folic acid supplements can be taken. If symptoms persists, please do visit a dentist. Take care.
