What Could Be The Reason For Child Being Sick On The Second Day After The Fall?

My daughter fell and banged her head pretty hard on a concrete floor. She didnt cry long, more or less scared her (she is 2 1/2) there was no bruising and she was fine the rest of the night and the next day normal. However on the second day she seem to be sick. No vomiting, just tired and crabby with a mild fever. Should I be more concerned? My family doctor is off sick and the walk in clinics are soooo bad here and they just send you on your way with some antibiotics faster then lightning!

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi....I will suggest you danger signs of head injury -
1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.
If none of them are present, I don't think you should worry about her trivial head injury.
