What I The Remedy For Breathlessness, Pain In The Stomach And Sore Back?

There was nothing about this service costing money until after I wrote my question and gave my age and email address. IMMEDIATELY REMOVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FROM YOUR MAILING/SCAM/PROMOTIONAL lists. And ignore this. I will call HNS 24 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Hi, I fell down three carpeted stairs on Monday (inside the house). My feet just went from me. The item I was carrying hit the floor. I hit my back once, then again, then my neck landed on the top stair and I stopped. I expected to be in a bit of pain but remembered upon getting up to immediately check everything was moving ok and to deliberately move my shoulder and arm and neck regularly over next few hours as only hurt when I was still. I feel as if my left hand side of body, front and back is bruised, though there are no bruises. I was very sore the next day but nothing some painkillers (cocodamol I had in the house) could nt help with. My left hand side under breast (abdomen) was very sore. I couldn t laugh for instance. Since then I am sore but no more sorer than I expected, however, after eating I feel breathlessness and its sore in abdomen and stomach as well as aggrivated pain in back? I hate bothering doctors unless I have to? Is there anything I should be getting checked out?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As you have mentioned that you fell from stair and following trauma your all joint movement were normal and non tender so there is less likely of any major bony injury but only confirmed by clinical examination & radiological (x-ray) investigation .
You are getting pain around left hypochondrium more on laughing and eating food and left side of your body. It might be due to soft tissue injury but abdominal injury can't be ruled out.
so my opinion would be to get a clinical check up done. If you refuse to go then have NSAID , Muscle relaxant( omay cocodamol won't be effective ) , PPI, mobilization/rest ,cold
compression. Symptom worsen or doesn't relieves then visit surgeon's clinic as soon as possible .

Thanks n regards
