Your present partner is unable to conceive. Untreated gonorrhea for a long time can affect male fertility. Get your seminal analysis done to study your sperm count, volume per ejaculate, and motility. Treatment will be medicines, supplements, exercises, therapy, etc. Test for STI. Gonorrhea is treated with different antibiotic combinations specific to Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
Get your partner also tested for the same. If reports come positive, the partner will also be treated with antibiotics / antivirals. Avoid sex during treatment. Infertility treatment should be taken by both the partners. Both of you get all required tests fort treatment at the earliest. Both partners should stay away from any addiction.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
