What Advice Do You Have To Help Me Manage My Needle Phobia Before Receiving A Vaccine?

Hi doctor, I am currently awaiting for my covid 19 vaccine jab (Pfizer) which is going to be soon in about 10 more days. I have a phobia of needles due to one occurrence when I was only 7 years old. That time I needed to have a mandatory jab but I had no idea what was happening and the nurse just jabbed me which caused me to cry. I am not ashamed to share as I know many adults like me have this problem or phobia. Any advice which I could prepare myself better for this. Though, I am ok with blood test and acupuncture but I am a little jittery about having a jab. Thank you in advance!
