The fact that the retraction was showed only ten days after the birth, makes me think you child suffer from
hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. This disease is present in only 1/1000 birth.
The problem is is related with the contracting of pylor(muscular hyperthropy). This situation doesn't allow the food to pass.
When a child suffer from this disease he loses weight and the skin starts to shrink.
The diagnose is determined by a digestive system X-ray.
In some cases this disease is treated by surgical procedures and in some other cases it is treated with medicines.
To treat this disease is used Eumidrine(Nitrate of Methylatropine) solution 1‰ in water(H2O).
This solution is used before every meal.
As for the medicine you are asking isn't used because your child doesn't suffer from
Gastroesophageal reflux disease but from hypertrophic pyloric stenosis
