Hello Dr I under went IUI treatment last month, but it failed. This my my gynec has asked us to try naturally and have prescribed ovaflo - dehydroepiandrosterone capsules. What is the use of this medicine? What are the other ways can I try for pregnancy

Ovaflo (Dehydroepiandrosterone or DHEA) is prescribed to treat infertility, 25-80 milligrams of DHEA should be taken by mouth daily for at least six weeks and up to four months. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is the most common Assisted reproductive technology (ART) technique. IVF involves stimulating and retrieving multiple mature eggs from a woman, fertilizing them with a man's sperm in a dish in a lab, and implanting the embryos in the uterus three to five days after fertilization. However, there are a lot of methods of ART, but that should be consulted with a fertility doctor to evaluate which is the most suitable for you. Hope this answers your question.
