What Are Black Spots In The Ovary And What Is Causing Pain?

I had my tubes tied almost 2 months ago and since then i have been having sever pain around where my ovaries are somedays its fine and other day i m slunched over and i can t move. My dr had a ultrasound done to see if everything was ok and they found black spots in my left ovary, she said its nothing but she cant figure out why i am in so much pain, so i had a ct of the abdomen and pelvis done with contrast. I tired of waiting to hear back for the results and driving myself nuts. PLEASE what could this mean. Am i just too stressed or what?

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It is post tubal ligation syndrome. Don't get stressed about it. Just take analgesic and relax. You will feel fine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shrikrushna Chavan, OB & GYN Specialist
