What Are Causes & Treatment For Ice Pick Headaches?
I have what appears to be ice pick headaches, (from what I read). They describe them exactly the way I feel like a sharp object is push through my head lasts only 5 or 6 seconds and then gone. The information states that they appear a few times a day, I am currently suffering 6 or 7 an hour? Should I be worried or do you think I need to see a doctor?

Also, try the following for some time before you see a Doctor: Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache Drink lots of water Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day Eat meals at regular times
