What Are Chances Of Getting STD Through Oral Sex?

I had protected sex with a male( I am a male) There was oral sex(without a condom) and penetration (with a condom) but never an exchange of semen, only saliva. I am pretty confident he does not have an STD but I am feeling paranoid Do I have major reason to worry?
