What Are Chances Of Pregnancy After Ruptured Egg And Intercourse?

My period date was on 18th September, as per doctors advice i had my last contact with my husband on Oct 5th. we are consoling doctor for last 5months and this month they checked my egg sizes and they gave me injection for rupture and it was ruptured. so as her advice i had contact on Oct 5th. May i know will I get conceived this month. When can i take home pregnancy test. Also my doctor told me to come on 25th October to meet her. But I am really confused about it whether I will be surely conceived since she asked me to come on 25th october. Please guide me on all my questions.

Home pregnancy test can detect a pregnancy 3-7 days after the missed period. The blood test can be done as early as a week after ovulation and this is the earlier, more sensitive and specific test.
