I m not sure if my son swallowed chewing tobacco spit.my 23year old lefted a spit bottle in the cup holder yesterday and I didn t realize it.and after I came to a stop sign and looked back at him I saw him with a spit cup.so if he swallowed it what should I do.and he s also cutting teeth and he didn t want to sleep last night and he s acting like his tummy hurts.please help,I m worried
