What Are Health Risks Associated With Eating Tinned Fruits?

I m trying to lose weight and eat more fruit. However due to me being a girl, eating at a deficit means I can t get through a large bag of apples or other fruit before it goes bad. Also fresh fruit is quite expensive compared to tinned fruit. Are there any health risks associated with eating tinned fruit? I would count the calories and opt for the ones in juice instead of syrup, or does your 5 a day constitute fresh fruit and veggies only? In practice I would be having one or at most two tins of various kinds of fruit a day.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the only problem with tinned food is additives, and preservatives that could cause some health problem as long as the reducing of weight is concern it is better to have balance diet with exercise cut down the calorie taking just one type of diet may not reduce the weight but could cause some other health issue, hope this information helps.
